Despite the fact that I’d only been close with them for about 3 months. It was one of the happiest moments in my life, knowing that someone would trust me with their whole life and knowing how judgemental people are about sexuality. They’ve been through hell in the past couple of weeks, getting mis-treated by their parents for being gay and getting told they are disgusting for this reason. I don’t want to expose who they are, as they have only told their closest friends but to everyone that has came out and been proud for who they are, I respect you more than anyone on this planet because out of the whole human race you are the survivors.
